Starting treatment at Bayside Marin begins with a simple phone call. Admissions counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk with you about your specific needs, questions, concerns, and to help you work with your insurance company.
Exceptional customer service starts the moment you call and extends throughout treatment. You can expect a professional assessment of your situation and professional recommendations. If, for some reason, we determine that Bayside cannot address your needs, we will refer you to someone who can.
Admissions to Bayside Marin can be scheduled on very short notice, and our staff will personally meet clients at the airport and transport them to the facility if needed.
At Bayside Marin, we make every effort to keep our addiction and dual diagnosis treatment programs affordable while ensuring the highest quality of care.
Clients have the option to pay privately or use insurance to pay for their treatment. We work with any insurance plan that has “out-of-network” benefits (ie., PPO or Choice Plus plans). All you need to do is call with your insurance information and we will check the coverage for you. Our expert staff will simplify and help you understand how the process works when using insurance.
