Business Office Director
Christine joined Bayside Marin in 2014 as the Financial Coordinator and shortly transitioned into the Billing and Collections Manager position. She has over 7 years of billing experience ranging from physician, ambulance and facility billing. In 2015, she was promoted to the Business Office Director. She now oversees and assists with the billing and collections on all accounts. She is responsible for managing the accuracy of the revenue cycle from beginning to end to ensure maximum reimbursement. Due to their hard work and dedication, Christine and her team were awarded by the Corporate Office as “The Most Improved Business Office for 2016”. She is currently working on becoming a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS-I/CRCS-P) which is the 1st of a 3 level certificate program from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.
