Susan Montana, LMFT
Susan is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and has provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups for over 30 years. She holds an advanced degree in Clinical Psychology and specializes in both mental health and addiction recovery treatment. Susan has worked in settings including residential and outpatient addiction treatment programs, community mental health – specializing in co-occurring disorders, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals, in addition to maintaining a private practice. Her professional experience includes many years of Behavioral Health management with private, non-profit, and government agencies. She has taught graduate level courses on Addiction, Co-occurring Disorders, and has extensive experience helping individuals with anxiety and depression. She is a highly experienced therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal who are impacted by emotional, relational, and/or addiction issues.
When not working, Susan enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and exploring the less populated areas of Northern California.
