Anya is a warm and nurturing therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for her clients to embark on their healing journey. Believing that everyone has their own unique journey and set of challenges, she tailors her approach to meet each individual’s needs. Drawing on humanistic and trauma-informed frameworks, her therapeutic orientation is grounded in fundamental concepts of attachment and polyvagal theories. Modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) also inform her practice and structure her methods.

Originally born and raised in Northeastern part of Russia, Anya values the immigrant experience and resilience it brings. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking in nature and dancing.

The quote “We’re all just walking each other home” by Ram Das encapsulates the essence of therapy for Anya, which is to support and guide one another along the path of healing and growth.
