Bonny Parrott

Bonny is coming up on her ten-year anniversary with Acadia. She started in 2016 as an admissions coordinator for Duffy’s Napa Valley. She was promoted to Admissions Director and then Director of Operations at Duffy’s. After seven years at the facility, Bonny transitioned to the corporate admissions team, under Blake Master, as Divisional Director of Specialty Admissions.
Bonny returned to Duffy’s Napa Valley in February 2025 in a CEO in Training role. Through this role, she gained valuable insight and hands on training on facility operations. Bonny began the Interim CEO role at Bayside Marin in January 2026 which has transitioned to a full time role.
Bonny’s passion is to lead with inspiration, communicate a clear vision, demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, and to lead by example. In her spare time, Bonny enjoys spending time with her three grown children, her 3-year-old cat, Hobo, and travel.
