Bayside Marin is proud of the close working relationships we have developed with professional referral sources throughout the Bay Area. We accept patients from a variety of sources, and we always welcome referrals from therapists, counselors, medical facilities, interventionists, and other professionals who are new to our program.
At Bayside Marin, we place a premium on providing concierge-level services to referents. Our goal is to be a dynamic and responsive resource to ensure that you can easily determine the optimal placement option for your client.
Professionals are encouraged to contact us directly. An intake advisor will be available to answer your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In particularly urgent or sensitive cases, you are also welcome to directly contact our executive director, clinical director, or any marketing representative.
In the majority of cases, we will be able to perform a phone assessment, verify program appropriateness, and conduct a benefits check within one hour of receiving your call.
When a professionally referred client enters treatment at Bayside Marin, we will contact the referent within 24 hours of admission. Throughout the client’s time in treatment, we will provide updates on a weekly basis or as otherwise requested by the referent. Local professionals are always welcome to visit our facility to meet with their clients.
