Continuing Care Case Manager
Cindy has over 20 years of experience in social services and brings a deep commitment to advocacy, support, and empowerment as one of Bayside’s case managers. Throughout her career she has specialized in domestic violence crisis intervention and survivor support, as well as extensive experience in providing compassionate case management and connecting clients to vital resources.
Cindy holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Services and is certified in Health and Human Services through Allied Health. Her background also includes years of account and program management, allowing her to bring both empathy and strategic oversight to her work. In addition to professional roles, she has volunteered extensively in the community, particularly in programs serving single mothers. Dedicated to creating safe and supportive environments, Cindy is a crucial support person for clients at Bayside, and continues to be a strong advocate for individuals and families navigating crisis and recovery.
In her free time, Cindy loves being a Nana most of all, cherishing every moment spent with her family. She enjoys weekend trips around the bay, kayaking on the water, meditative hikes, and staying active in her community through service and lifelong learning. Whether she’s exploring festivals, attending concerts, or dabbling in light crafting, Cindy embraces every opportunity to live fully and joyfully.
