With over 20 years of experience in the addiction field, Cliff has dedicated his life to helping others on their path to recovery. He has worked with several non-profit organizations, always driven by a deep passion to make a difference. When he joined Bayside Marin, he knew he had found the place where he truly belongs. Inspired by the mission and community, he went back to school and earned two degrees to deepen his impact.
Cliff feels incredibly lucky to have a job that he loves. Someone once told him, “If you find a job you enjoy, you’re blessed”—and he lives by that every day.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Cliff stays connected to his roots. In his free time, he enjoys caring for his pigeons—he breeds, races, and even travels to conventions with them. It’s a unique passion that brings him peace and joy outside of work.
