Erin Howard, MS, AMFT is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Bayside Marin who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, and life transitions. She provides individual, family, and group therapy using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and family systems theory. Erin is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and work toward lasting healing.
Prior to joining Bayside Marin, Erin gained extensive experience providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination in community- and school-based mental health settings. Her work with children, adolescents, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams has shaped her holistic understanding of the many factors that influence emotional well-being and recovery.
Erin earned both her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dominican University of California. She is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and is currently working toward full licensure. Erin is committed to helping clients discover their strengths, develop resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
