Mariah “Rye” Allbritton
Executive Chef
Mariah Allbritton serves as the Executive Chef at Bayside Marin, where she brings a passion for healing through food to the addiction recovery process. With a rich culinary background that includes experience as a pastry chef in many local restaurants, bakery owner, kitchen manager, and executive chef at other rehabilitation and mental health facilities, Mariah brings both technical expertise and deep compassion to her role. Her focus is on creating meals that are not only nourishing but also supportive of the recovery process.
Coming from a family with a long history of addiction, Mariah felt a strong calling to be part of the healing process for others. Over time, she noticed a common gap in many recovery programs—a lack of education and support around food, nutrition, and the emotional relationship people have with eating. She is deeply committed to helping clients build a healthier, more balanced approach to food as a key component of sustainable recovery while still maintaining classic comfort foods to heal the soul.
Outside of the kitchen, Mariah enjoys exploring local restaurants and bakeries with her loved ones, searching for inspiration from both classics and new trends in the culinary world. She also cherishes time spent with her special needs dog and finds joy in expressing herself through various art mediums. Her creativity, empathy, and dedication to healing make her a core part of the Bayside Marin team.
