Risk Manager
Megan brings extensive experience in managing daily operations, developing policies that enhance patient care and employee safety, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for both clients and staff. With a strong focus on staff development, Megan plays a key role in supporting crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts by partnering with clinical leadership to strengthen staff training, enhance safety practices, and promote a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment for clients and staff. Her leadership at Bayside Marin also includes time as Milieu Manager, where she supervised daily operations, facilitated therapeutic groups, and mentored staff in de-escalation and best practices to ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Megan holds a Master’s degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. Her professional expertise is a unique blend of administrative and communication skills, spanning mentorship, training, academic support, policy management, and risk oversight across academic and therapeutic settings.
