Tyler Hart, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Tyler brings extensive leadership experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, with expertise spanning admissions, utilization management, operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and program development. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through growth and operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care.
Previously, Tyler served as Executive Director of a multi-site detoxification and residential treatment organization, overseeing the clinical and operational functions of a 52-bed treatment program. He also held several leadership roles within Acadia Healthcare, including Director of Operations and Director of Admissions and Utilization Management at Duffy’s Napa Valley Rehab. In addition, he led admissions operations across Acadia’s West Region, supporting facilities including Bayside Marin.
Tyler earned his MBA and bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico. He began his career providing direct support to youth, families, and individuals impacted by homelessness, incarceration, and behavioral health challenges, an experience that continues to shape his compassionate and patient-centered approach to leadership.
Now returning to Bayside Marin, Tyler is excited to partner with the team to build on the organization’s strong foundation and continue delivering exceptional care to those seeking recovery and healing.
