Continuing Care Case Manager
Sheila received her BA in Psychology from Dominican University. Since joining Bayside Main in 2014 she has completed her CATC-III certification. Initially as a Clinical Technician at Bayside Residential, she found her passion working in the field of recovery. Sheila works individually with each client to support, educate and inspire using Harm Reduction in client-centered motivational conversations. She seeks to advance, promote, and provide strength-based coaching to the recovery community. While passionate and compassionate, Sheila confronts the realities of addiction, encouraging that her clients be honest with her and thus themselves. While being aware of appropriate boundaries she is uniquely skilled at problem solving and identifying the path through which her clients can rebuild their lives, relationships, achieve goals, and stay sober.
